Glamolic AI is an AI-powered fashion photography platform that allows clothing brands, ecommerce sellers and fashion businesses to generate professional model photos, catalog images and fashion videos from product images. Our services include AI fashion model generation, AI clothing photoshoot, fashion video creation and related tools available at glamolic.com.

3. Eligibility

To use Glamolic AI, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
Not be prohibited from using our services under any applicable law
Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Account Registration

You must create an account to access Glamolic AI's full features
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to notify us immediately at support@glamolic.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account
Glamolic AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account
Each user may maintain only one account unless explicitly permitted by us

5. Credits & Payments

Glamolic AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time plans
All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable law
Credits do not expire but are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to another user
Glamolic AI reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits will not be affected by price changes
All applicable taxes (including GST where applicable) are added to the purchase price at checkout

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Glamolic AI only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use our platform to:

Upload images that you do not own or do not have the legal right to use
Generate content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory or harmful
Impersonate any person, brand or organization
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack or disrupt our platform or servers
Use automated bots, scrapers or tools to access our platform without permission
Violate any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
Resell or sublicense access to Glamolic AI without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original clothing images you upload to Glamolic AI
AI-Generated Images: Images generated using Glamolic AI are owned by you, the user, subject to your compliance with these Terms
Platform & Technology: All technology, software, algorithms, designs and branding of Glamolic AI are the exclusive intellectual property of Glamolic AI and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws

You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of our platform without prior written permission .

8. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload to Glamolic AI
By uploading content, you confirm that you have full legal rights to use that content
You grant Glamolic AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing our AI generation services
Glamolic AI does not claim ownership of your uploaded images and will not use them for any purpose beyond delivering your requested service

9. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or generate content that:

Depicts nudity, sexual content or explicit material
Violates the intellectual property rights of any third party
Contains images of minors in inappropriate contexts
Promotes violence, terrorism or illegal activities
Infringes on any person's privacy or dignity rights

Glamolic AI reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glamolic AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure
AI-generated results will meet every specific expectation or requirement
The platform will be compatible with all devices or browsers

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamolic AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glamolic AI in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Termination

Glamolic AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions
Engage in fraudulent, abusive or harmful behavior
Provide false information during registration

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and unused credits may be forfeited. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.

13. Privacy

14. Changes to Terms
